# How do I edit or switch off the meditation reminder?
Click on ‘More’ from the bottom navigation and go to ‘Settings’. Click on ‘Reminder’ and toggle the button off to switch off the reminder. To edit your meditation reminder, click on the reminder you want to edit and set the time as per your preference.
