How can I stop a habit I do not want to pursue?

You can stop your habit(s) through the ‘Form healthy habit’ card on the top navigation bar of your Reach home screen. Or else, you can also visit your ‘Lifebook’ section and select ‘My habits’ to manage your habits. Click on the 'Manage Habits' option if you’re using the web app or click on ‘Stop’ if you’re using the mobile app. Once you stop a habit, it will appear inside the 'Past Habits' section. And you always have the option of restarting a habit which was left unfinished.
