How do I change my habits?
You can change your habit(s) through the ‘Form healthy habit’ card on the top navigation bar of your Reach home screen. Or else, you can also visit your ‘Lifebook’ section and select ‘My habits’ to manage your habits. Click on the 'Manage Habits' option if you’re using the web app or click on ‘Edit’/ ‘Stop’ if you’re using the mobile app depending on what is your intended action. You can also choose new habits from the ‘Discover’ tab.
