How do I maintain my health records on Reach?

You can upload all your medical bills, prescriptions, and reports in your Health Records section. Tapping on the ‘Access health records’ card on the top navigation bar of your Reach home screen gives you access to your health records. Click on the ‘+’ icon if you're using the mobile app to add documents manually.
