How does calorie tracker work?

Calorie tracker calculates the number of calories you consume and the calories you burn. A balanced calorie equation is when the calories you consume minus the calories you burn is equal to your minimum calorie requirement which is calculated based on your height, weight, age, etc.

Reach requires you to log your meals in the food/calorie tracker. Most food items are already present in the system along with the estimated calories they contain (based on the data from ICMR and National Institute of Nutrition). To calculate the calories you have burnt, you must log your workout by selecting any activity from the list.
