How does progression through an experience work?

When you click on ‘Start Practicing’, the first session of the experience will unlock for you. As you listen to your first session, your next session will unlock and so on. You cannot unlock the next session without hearing the one that’s been unlocked. You can go back and listen to an old session anytime from your timeline.
