What are Programs?
Programs on Reach are the courses that you can take based on your areas of interest and need. We have coach-led courses in nutrition, fitness, condition management, and mental health as well as do-it-yourself courses for mindfulness.
Once you activate a coach-led course, you are assigned a coach who guides you in your journey of wellbeing.
Our DIY programs on mindfulness have been designed by meditation masters & these programs can be taken up without the need for any coaching assistance.
