Where can I find health information related to my habits?
When you choose a habit, you are assigned various tasks to perform on a day to day basis to build a permanent healthy habit. One of the tasks that you are required to do is to read or watch informational blogs/vlogs related to your habits. This helps you acquire the relevant information that you need in order to build that habit and helps you make informed decisions.
Apart from the task that appears on your schedule, you can browse through the vast knowledge pool, which is neatly categorized under sections like activity, food, mindfulness, emotional health, etc. To access this pool, click on ‘Knowledge’ from the ‘More’ tab in the bottom navigation (mobile).
