Who can create a group?

Any Reach user can create a group. Go to the ‘Social’ section and click on ‘See all’ on your mobile. To create a group, click on ‘+’ to add details about the group you wish to create. If you are using the web portal, click on ‘Groups’ under the ‘Social’ section.
